INFORMATION NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT

PREAMBLE
As provided by UE Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”), this page provides you with information on how we will process personal data of users of the site www.nuovaelettra.it.
This information do not pertain to other websites, web-pages or online services which can be accessed through hyperlinks present on this site, but which refer to networks outside the local domain www.nuovaelettra.it.

1-DATA CONTROLLER
Data controller is NUOVA ELETTRA S.R.L. , Via Galvani 2a (Z.A. Rangavino) – 46029 Suzzara (MN) .

2-LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
NUOVA ELETTRA S.R.L. will obtain and process all personal data provided by users on navigation of this site to the exclusive purpose of responding clients’ requests.

3- TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Personal data provided directly by users of this site, and contacting us through the “CONTACT” page, will include: User name, surname and e-mail address.
Users’ data gained through the service provided are processes to the exclusive purpose of executing the service requested by the users themselves, and will be to no extent disclosed to other parties. The Data Controller has established the purposes of the treatment within the execution of Controller’s own activities.
Navigation data
Information systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during the normal course of operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.
This data category includes: IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users, URI/URL addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operational system and the computer of the users.
These data are necessary for the use of the web service.
Navigation data are not retained for more than 7 days, and are cancelled immediately after their aggregation (except in the event of a requested investigation by Judicial Authority)of requested resources, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters related to the operating system and the users.

Cookies and other tracking technologies
We do not use cookies or any other tracking technologies for the acquisition of user profiles.
The use of session cookies (non-persistent) is strictly limited to what necessary for a safe and efficient navigation of this site. Storing of session cookies in computers or on the browser is under the control of the user, if on servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, data relating to cookies are stored on service logs, with a retention time that does not exceed 7 days – similarly to that of other navigation data.

4- DISCLOSURE AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Collected data will not be disclosed to parties different from NUOVA ELETTRA S.R.L. The Personal data collected will be accessed and processed by the employees of NUOVA ELETTRA S.R.L., which have been specifically educated on the purpose and the treatment of the data gained.

5- PURPOSES AND MEANS OF THE PROCESSING
Personal data are processed by means of automatic tools for the time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are implemented in order to prevent the data from being lost, used unlawfully or inappropriately, and accessed without authorization pursuant to the proper safety measures. All data are, in fact, collected and stored in compliance with Arts. 32, 33 et seq. of the EU Regulation 679/2016.
6- TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY
No transfer to third countries is contemplated
7- AUTOMATED DECISION PROCESS
No automated decision process is taken into consideration.

8- DATA RETENTION PERIOD
All data will be retained and stored exclusively for the time necessary to answer users’ requests.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
People concerned have the right to obtain from NUOVA ELETTRA S.R.L, where applicable, access to personal data to amend or cancel them, to limit their processing or to oppose their treatment (Arts. 15 et seq. of the Regulation). To do so, they must notify NUOVA ELETTRA S.R.L. in written by a registered letter addressed to NUOVA ELETTRA S.R.L. , Via Galvani 2a (Z.A. Rangavino) – 46029 Suzzara (MN), or by e-mail to info@nuovaelettra.it.

RIGHT OF APPEAL
Those concerned parties judging that the treatment of their personal data on this site breaches in any way the Regulation, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as described in Art. 77 of the Regulation, or to take action before competent courts (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
